Judy Holley, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Judy Holley, Licensed Professional Counselor, earned her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate School, formally Psychological Studies Institute in Atlanta, GA. She has completed clinical internships with Hope Counseling Centers and First Baptist Church Woodstock. Her undergraduate studies were obtained from Shorter College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies.

Judy has lived in Acworth for the past twenty-two years and loves helping those in her community. Her special interests are working with women's issues such as anxiety, depression, infertility and trauma. She also works with groups, couples and enjoys family counseling. Judy is trained in EMDR which is a treatment method that reprocesses memories that resolve unhealthy beliefs and unhealthy behaviors. EMDR resolves the root of the problem instead of just dealing with the symptoms. Judy believes in integrating the client's spiritual life with a family system approach to assist the client in the counseling process. She has been a part of the corporate world, a stay-at-home mom, wife of twenty-nine years, and has held numerous positions within the church. Judy's life experiences are valuable to her counseling abilities.

Fees & Insurance-- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Personal check or cash. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Judy’s rates for 50-minute counseling sessions start at $100. Please be prepared to pay at your first appointment.

Restoration 23 is a private organization and, as such, does not receive funding from any nonprofit or governmental entity. We are a fee-for-service company and, unless arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time of service.

Judy's services may be eligible as an out-of-network provider under insurance plans. If this is your situation, we would be glad to provide you with all the necessary information, receipts and paperwork to allow you, in most circumstances, to be reimbursed for the cost of counseling. When payment is received, you will be provided with the receipt. However, it is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment.

You may make your appointment on-line here on the website or you can contact Judy at 404-550-8951 or at judy@restoration23.com.
