Adriana Stanley, LPC

Adriana is a clinically proficient, highly ethical, bilingual therapist with over 30 years of experience providing evidenced based, trauma informed, counseling services and successfully developing, implementing and administrating, counseling and education programs and services in clinical and higher education settings. It is her belief that as people become more mentally, emotionally, and spiritually integrated, and increasingly connected with others in healthy relationships, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace, joy, and contentment in their lives.
Her goal in counseling and psychotherapy is to provide her clients with proven and therapeutic empirically validated approaches and techniques to assist them in achieving their personal and relational goals in counseling. Cognitive therapies, EMDR, trauma informed methods, attachment theory, and mindfulness practices are her main treatment modalities. She respects every client’s values and beliefs and helps her clients to utilize their strengths, and resources, including their faith and spirituality to bring about the change and growth they desire. She consistently strives to provide her clients with efficient, thorough and effective counseling services. She will not rush you, nor will she needlessly prolong therapy.

Adriana is a Licensed Counselor in Georgia, and she has also held counseling licenses Texas and Florida. She trained and attained supervisory status as a counselor in Georgia and Texas. She is a professional Member of Christian Association of Psychological Studies. Her Masters in Counseling is from Boston University.
